But here’s the best part — the purse die itself is incredibly versatile and can be used in so many creative ways beyond the original design! Follow along and I’ll show you how to get the most out of these dies!
Making Ornaments & Gift Tags
I’ve been having the best time dreaming up new uses for this set, and today I’m sharing a few of my favorites — including how it pairs perfectly with October’s Stitching Die, Peppermint Prancer and Cozy Toes Slippers to make the most wonderful Christmas ornaments and/or gift tags.
Get the Most out of this Fur-ever Fabulous Purse!
The Fur-ever Fabulous purse is beautifully detailed, with or without stitching holes and a handle. It can be styled to fit any theme — elegant, rustic, playful, or festive — simply by changing your colors, papers, and stitched thread.
For a Christmas twist, I used Peppermint Prancer, Spellbinders’ charming reindeer die set, to create holiday handbag ornaments. Using a green patterned paper for the purse and omitting the stitching holes, I added a reindeer perched inside as if it’s hitching a ride to the North Pole!
Cozy Slippers Meet Chic Style
Next, I paired the purse with the Cozy Toes Slippers, and the result was pure comfort and charm!
Using the same green patterned paper as before, I created a gift tag featuring the stitched purse with Santa tucked inside! The sentiment is from Christmas Sentiments BetterPress and is hot foiled in a bright, pretty red.
On the reverse side, I stamped a “To” & ”From”, making this ideal as a gift tag!
