Christmas Holly Berry Swag
Today I am sharing another card from my Christmas Stamp Camp made with Holly Berry Happiness and it’s coordinating punch, Holly Berry Builder. This stamp set features 2-step stamping, which means that you stamp one image over the top of another. For example, the holly swag was first stamped with black ink onto Wild Wasabi card stock, then I used a solid leaf stamp with Wild Wasabi ink to “fill in” each leaf outline. By doing this on the already green card stock, it creates depth and interest, and because the stamps are photopolymer (see through) it’s easy to do!
And the challenge is…
This card qualifies for the Stamp Ink Paper Challenge #74, which is a Clean & Simple Christmas theme.
How to make a 3D bow…
Here’s what I did to make a 3D bow with the Holly Berry Builder punch. Punch bow twice, then trim the tails off of one. Glue the cut bow just in the center, bending the sides up (sort of like a butterfly in flight). How was that for a quick and easy tutorial?
