Christmas Fa-la-la-la Friends
Today I created a fun and festive Christmas card using the llamas from Birthday Fiesta and Fa-la-la-la Friends. The background paper, Warmth & Cheer, is a 6 x 6 pad of plaids, stripes and hand-stitched looking papers, and they’re just lovely and perfect for the holidays. (These products are shown at the end of the post)
Decking the halls with Christmas llamas…
To begin, I stamped the Birthday Fiesta llama on Cherry Cobbler & Garden Green card stock with VersaMark ink and then sprinkled them with white embossing powder. After tapping off the extra powder, I then cooked them with my heat tool. Next, I stamped the llama from Fa-la-la-la Friends onto Whisper White card stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored in the Christmas lights with Cherry Cobber & Garden Green markers. All three llamas were then cut out with the coordinating framelit, which is part of the Birthday Fiesta Bundle shown at the end of this post.
The Crumb Cake oval behind the llamas is from a retired framelit set and gives the llamas a more neutral, less busy background. Banners (from Birthday Fiesta) and a bow (from Holly Berry Happiness) top off this happy card!
I need your help…
